Marin Treatment Center is contracted with a number of health insurance companies across the nation and with many employer sponsored health insurance plans and unions. Some of the insurance we are contracted with include:

• Kaiser Permanente (Medi-Cal, HMO, PPO, Medicare Senior Advantage)
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• Anthem Blue Cross
• United Healthcare / United Behavioral Health
• Magellan Health
• Beacon Health (mental health only)

If you would like us to check your insurance coverage or begin the admission process, please contact us at 415-457-3755 and we explain your insurance plan and schedule an assessment or admission appointment. We will need a copy of your health insurance card to check benefits.

*Kaiser Permanente requires an assessment through their Behavioral Health Department prior to admission.
