Marin Treatment Center has completed its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for the 2011/2012 fiscal year.
This survey was entirely anonymous. We did not request any names, identifications, addresses, or any other types of identifying information on the survey. MTC did not coerce or force its clients to take the survey by tying any medication dosing or counseling services to the survey.
MTC staff offered clients the option to complete the survey solely by mentioning the availability of the survey forms at the receptionist desk. Clients were free to fill out the survey any time during MTC’s regular business hours. The completed surveys were then placed in a covered box, also located at the receptionist desk. Most clients filled out the survey in the comfort of our lobby.
MTC received a total of 31 surveys. Outcomes of the data for review follow.
